    After the inspection, there were quite a few things with the property that I probably would have just let go and said, 'well, that's just how the building is'. But she insisted that the seller should take care of all of them. And when they came back and said they would only take care of some of them, she went back and forth negotiating until everything was included! It was really nice. It was as if she was purchasing the property for herself. Then, even after we closed escrow she was still following up to make sure a few last points were taken care of. It's now been a couple weeks since close of escrow, and I heard from here as recently as Friday, just checking in and making sure everything is going fine. Very attentive to even the smallest details.
